Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition.

To start a return, email contact@serenzenstone.com with your order number. We review each request first and then share the correct return instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
